What We Offer

Bodhicare offers calm, professional mental health support designed around real-life experiences — work pressure, emotional overload, relationship challenges, and periods of personal uncertainty.

Our services are structured to reduce confusion and help you begin at a pace that feels comfortable. You don’t need to know exactly what kind of support you’re looking for. Conversations start where you are.

First Conversation

₹800 ₹499 · 30 minutes

A short, confidential conversation with a professional to talk through what you’re experiencing and gain initial clarity.
This is not therapy or diagnosis — it’s a thoughtful place to begin, especially if you’re unsure what kind of support you need.

If you’re unsure which option fits you best, start with a First Conversation. Together, we can understand what kind of support — if any — may be helpful.

Recommended if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain.

Clarity & Direction

₹1000 · 45 minutes

A focused session with a senior psychiatrist to help you understand what you’re experiencing and what kind of support may be helpful.
The conversation is calm, respectful, and guided by clinical experience, without rushing into conclusions.

Recommended if you want clarity before deciding next steps.

Ongoing Support

From ₹800 · 45 minutes

Regular sessions with a qualified psychologist or therapist to work through emotional challenges, stress, relationships, family concerns, or personal difficulties.
Care is matched based on your needs and progresses at a pace that feels right for you.

Recommended if you’re looking for steady, ongoing support.

Confidentiality & care

All sessions are confidential and conducted online by qualified professionals. Privacy, respect, and trust are central to how Bodhicare operates
