How do I book?

Choose a service, select an available time slot, fill the short form, and complete payment. After successful booking, Bodhicare will assign a suitable consultant and share the consultant name and Google Meet link by email and/or WhatsApp.

Is my information private?

Yes. Sessions are private and confidential. We follow professional and ethical standards to protect your privacy.

Can I reschedule sessions?

You can request rescheduling more than 24 hours before your session by contacting enquiry@bodhicare.space or WhatsApp support. Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to consultant availability and may not be guaranteed.

What is the difference between a psychiatrist and a psychologist?

A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can assess mental health concerns and, if needed, prescribe medication. A psychologist provides therapy and structured psychological support. If you’re unsure, start with a First Conversation.

I don’t want to share too much. Can I still start?

Yes, all consultations follow strict privacy and confidentiality standards.

What if I’m new to therapy?

We welcome first-timers and provide support to make your experience comfortable.

How do I choose between the services?

If you’re unsure, choose First Conversation. It’s designed to reduce confusion and help you decide what kind of support, if any, fits you best.

Is this only for serious mental health issues?

Not at all. Many people come to discuss work stress, emotional overload, relationship difficulties, family concerns, or a general feeling of being stuck.

What happens after I request a booking?

After you select a slot, submit the form, and complete payment, Bodhicare will assign a suitable consultant. Your consultant name and Google Meet link will be shared by email and/or WhatsApp.

No. Bodhicare is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, at risk of harming yourself or others, or need urgent medical help, please contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

What happens if I miss my session?

The consultant will wait for up to 15 minutes. If you do not join within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session may be marked as missed/completed and no refund or free reschedule will be provided.
