This program begins with a First Conversation to understand your smoking pattern, followed by a Clarity & Direction session with a psychiatrist. After that, you will receive four counsellor-led implementation support sessions to help you work on triggers, cravings, routines, lapse prevention, and relapse prevention.

What is included:

  • 1 First Conversation with a Bodhicare counsellor

  • 1 Clarity & Direction session with a psychiatrist

  • 4 counsellor-led implementation support sessions

  • Smoking pattern assessment

  • Smoking diary and trigger tracker

  • Craving management tools

  • Quit or reduction plan

  • Slip-is-not-failure guide

  • Relapse-prevention plan

  • Family/Friend Support Guide

What you can expect:
By the end of the program, you may have a clearer understanding of why, when, and how you smoke, what triggers your cravings, what kind of quit or reduction plan may suit you, and what support steps may help you continue the process.

This program does not promise a guaranteed cure or instant quitting. It is a structured support program to help you start the process with professional guidance, practical tools, and follow-up support.
